A BRAND NEW DAY!
A BRAND NEW SCHOOL YEAR!
August 11th marks the First Day Back to School and the First Day students at Dalraida will call Mrs. Michelle Harris "Principal." As you know, we lost 9 staff members at the end of the 2013-2014 school year and Mrs. Harris has been worked tirelessly to fill the vacant positions. With new staff and students brings new changes within DES and PPA.
NEW staff changes this year:
- Jennifer Griffith, Assistant Principal
- Danielle Butts, Counselor
- Keione Collins, Secretary
- Dana Pettway, 2nd Grade Teacher
- Ben Walker, PE Teacher
- Tammy Crane, BIP Teacher
- Susan Clayton, Gifted Teacher
New PPA changes this year:
- BooHoo to Yahoo Breakfast for Kindergarten Parents
- NO Fall Fundraiser for PPA (moved to Spring)
- New Spirit Nights starting in September
- New Recognition Program: PAWsome Students, Teacher & Volunteer of the Month
- Monthly Duty Free Lunches for Grade Level Teachers
- Chips & Water Snack Pre-order
- CARPOOL AUCTION for 1st and 2nd spots in front and back!
- Courtyard Cleanup
