Teacher Appreciation Week Themes

MONDAY......................SWEET TREAT FOR YOUR TEACHER

TUESDAY.....................MY TEACHER IS GREAT BECAUSE...make a card, write a not, or draw a picture of why your teacher is great.

WEDNESDAY..............SCHOOL SUPPLIES DAY.  Surprise your teacher with supplies:  notepads, color copy paper, pens, pencils, erasers, glue, etc.

THURSDAY.................FLOWER DAY.  Bring your teacher a flower.

FRIDAY........................PAMPER YOUR TEACHER.  Gift Card day.

Teacher Appreciation Week

May 4th - 8th

The PPA has invited all Teachers, Specialist and Aids to an extended lunch on us.  We will provide the volunteers to sit with their classes while they are away.

If you would like to volunteer to sit with a class please email the Volunteer Coordinator at dalraida.volunteer@gmail.com

Courtyard Update

Thanks to your donations and fundraising we finally have picnic tables and umbrellas in the courtyard.  We will continue to work to make the courtyard a functioning outdoor classroom and break area for the DES students, faculty and staff.

TALENT SHOW AUDITIONS

TALENT SHOW AUDITIONS

April 27th to May 8th

During Music Class

• Auditions are open to students in 3rd to 5th grades; 
• Talent must not exceed 2 minutes;
• Each student must return a completed and signed Registration Form when they audition; 
• Soloist and groups up to 6 allowed;
• Students can ONLY perform in one act and may only audition once;
• Top 5 finalist will perform at GREEN & GOLD DAY!
